In order to promote the standardization of technical conditions of platinum thermal resistance of hydro-turbine generator sets, the technical standard seminar of platinum thermal resistance of hydropower plants was held in Shenzhen on April 25, 2014. The meeting was attended by 23 experts from 20 units, including hydroelectricity engineering Society, survey and design Institute, main engine manufacturing plant and hydraulic power plant.
The conference was organized by the Power System Automation Committee of China Hydroelectricity Engineering Society and hosted by Shenzhen Taist Technology Co., LTD. Wen Boyu, vice chairman of power system Automation Committee of China Hydroelectricity Engineering Society, presided over the meeting. Zhang Tianpeng, from MAO Jiang of Three Gorges Corporation and Dongfang Electric Motor Co., LTD, respectively, made important speeches at the meeting on behalf of users and host manufacturers. By all accounts, platinum thermal resistance as an important sensor hydroelectric generating set, its performance and quality directly affect the safe operation of the unit, the technical conditions of the hydroelectric generating set platinum thermal resistance and standardization is particularly important, at the beginning of the power plant design should be systematically considered, from the design, installation, and to control product quality, avoid accidents during the running of power plant.
The "Technical conditions for Special Platinum thermal resistance for hydropower plants" reviewed by the meeting are mainly related to the convention on special platinum thermal resistance for hydropower plants from the aspects of scope, reference standards, relevant definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and installation, etc.
After the meeting, the experts visited Shenzhen Taisite Technology Co., LTD., inspected the manufacturing workshop of platinum thermal resistance and cable for stator and bearing bush, and had in-depth communication and exchange with field engineers.
The holding of this seminar enhanced the mutual understanding among the design institute, the owner, the host manufacturer and the platinum thermal resistance manufacturer, and emphasized the role of standardization of "special platinum thermal resistance technical conditions for hydropower plants". The benign interaction of each cooperative unit will improve the standardized operation level of equipment more effectively and promote the platinum thermal resistance technology level of hydropower plants to a higher standard.
