Winding stator temperature sensor (TW2010Pt100-100-2-3104/00F200/X2) has small temperature rise and reliable temperature measurement. The temperature sensing element extends to most of the length of the sensing body to provide the average temperature reading in the temperature measurement area. This avoids the danger that the point temperature sensor misses the local hot spot.

In general there are two or more thermocouple wires in the protecting tube of conventional thermocouple,which limits the increase of the thermocouple wire's diameter.but for our patent (sheathed thermocouple with Single Wire), only one thermocouple wire is designed in protecting tube,whose positive pole and negative pole with their respective protecting tube is filled with MgO insulation material.

Because its positive and negative electrodes has mutually independent of the insulation and the protecting tube structure, it improves a thermocouple`s insulating reliability.besides because Thermocouple wire is placed in the middle and its diameter is thicker , reducing the damaging extent of the thermocouple wires in the armored process , welding is easy, thus improving the thermocouple`s reliability and stability

It can achieve arbitrary precision, there is no problem whicn is that thermoelectric potential is scrapped, and generally 100% pass rate.
