Ⅰ. Product description
High temperature and high pressure integrated temperature sensor is usually used to measure the stator temperature of large and medium generators. Based on the embedded thermal resistance temperature measuring element for motor, various shapes of insulation strips are processed by using advanced insulation material processing technology, and the integrated high temperature and high pressure molding patent technology is adopted for one-time molding. After molding, the temperature measuring element (embedded thermal resistance for motor) is integrated with the insulating material, effectively avoiding the influence of uncertain factors in the secondary assembly and packaging of the main engine factory. The high temperature and high pressure integrated molding temperature sensor has the advantages of high precision, high stability, high temperature resistance, high voltage resistance, high insulation, corona resistance and magnetization resistance, and the design service life is more than 15 years.

1. Integrated molding of high temperature and high pressure, after molding, the temperature measuring element (embedded thermal resistance for motor) is integrated with the insulating material.
