3. Product Feature of the Pipeline and auxiliary temperature sensor

With double sleeve structure, the outer sleeve is fixed on the pipeline for sealing treatment. If the use environment allows, the sensor can be installed and disassembled without stopping the machine, realizing flexible wiring, reliable and convenient.

Chip-type temperature-sensing components are used inside and laser welded to enhance stability.

The temperature measuring resistor adopts the threaded structure of the movable ferrule. Its advantage is that the insertion depth of the temperature measuring resistor can be arbitrarily controlled. At the same time, when the temperature measuring resistor is installed and removed, only the movable nut needs to be tightened, and the tail wire will not rotate with it.

The wire can be protected by a stainless steel metal hose to avoid mechanical damage to the wire and facilitate field wiring.

Oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant conductors have reliable shielding, which guarantees no aging and cracking for 8 years.
